Diet ~

Since im away from photography, started to work, + x'mas, + new year, + CNY, i have gain weight!!! I must not be tempted by the delicious food anymore....

Mission on March -2kg :

1) No more snacks

2) No more CNY cookies

3) No rice as usual

4) No oily food

5) No high carbohydrate food

6) No sweet food

7) Eat only half portion for all meals
8) No supper
9) Only can eat high fibre cookies + non fat
10) Badminton at least once a week
11) Swimming at least once a week

  1. 支持支持也不要吃快餐哦,还有要早睡早起,不然荷尔蒙失调也会至肥胖
