1) No more snacks
2) No more CNY cookies
3) No rice as usual
4) No oily food
5) No high carbohydrate food
6) No sweet food
7) Eat only half portion for all meals
8) No supper
9) Only can eat high fibre cookies + non fat
10) Badminton at least once a week
11) Swimming at least once a week
